UTILITY OPERATOR (ENTRY-LEVEL MANUFACTURING)

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00/hour based on experience + shift differential ($1.00 2nd / $1.50 3rd)

SinterMet is hiring Utility Operators to support production across multiple departments. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start in manufacturing and build skills into a long-term career.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with general production and material handling
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and shop machinery
  • Support machine operators and production teams
  • Perform cleaning, setup, and basic maintenance tasks
  • Use measuring tools and follow specifications
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work rotating shifts
  • Mechanical aptitude or prior manufacturing experience is a plus
