SALES MANAGER

Position Overview
SinterMet, LLC is a leading manufacturer of tungsten carbide and composite rolls serving the steel and metals industries. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in steel, metals, or heavy industrial markets to drive growth and support our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers within the steel and metals industry
  • Support pricing, quotations, contract review, and customer requirements
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence
  • Facilitate sales activities in alignment with company policies and procedures
  • Assist in developing sales forecasts and supporting strategic planning efforts
  • Collaborate with operations and internal teams to meet customer and company objectives
  • Monitor customer needs and identify opportunities for account growth
Qualifications
  • Experience in steel metals or heavy industrial sales strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to support structured sales processes and customer requirements
  • Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in technical product sales
  • Familiarity working with mills, processors, or heavy industrial customers
  • Exposure to ISO or structured manufacturing environments
  • Experience with pricing, quoting, and contract review processes
Travel Requirements
  • Ability to travel as needed to support customer relationships and business development
