Position Overview
SinterMet, LLC is seeking a relationship-focused Sales Manager to support the company’s sales and customer service objectives within a technical manufacturing environment. This role works closely with leadership to manage customer relationships, support pricing and quotation activities, and ensure sales objectives are achieved in alignment with market conditions and company goals.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in industrial sales and a strong ability to build trust, stay organized, and support long-term customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
- Support pricing, quotations, contract review, and customer requirements
- Facilitate sales activities in alignment with company policies and procedures
- Assist in developing sales forecasts and supporting strategic planning efforts
- Collaborate with operations and internal teams to meet customer and company objectives
- Monitor customer needs and identify opportunities for account growth
- Sales experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to support structured sales processes and customer requirements
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset
- Experience in technical product sales
- Exposure to ISO or structured manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with pricing, quoting, and contract review processes
- Ability to travel as needed to support customer relationships and business needs
